Load testing is a great way to establish if the battery you employ to operate your system can deliver maximum power when you need it.

In order to establish if a battery will be able to produce a heavy load as and when required we at Batteries Unlimited believe such a load should be placed on the battery regularly.

This should be done in a controlled manner, without interruption to the customers DC systems. This will be achieved by installing a mobile backup system (charger & battery) prior to testing, and fully recharging the tested battery before re-connecting to the system.

Any problems with the battery under heavy load will become apparent and can be rectified before a real emergency occurs, thus saving time and money, but above all keeping downtime to a absolute minimum.
